Life Crisis Symposium
This international gathering of invited experts and graduate students is anticipated for 2011, pending external funding.
Participants will:
- Examine the currrent status of research, education/training, and service in the crisis field, including violence, abuse, and suicide.
- Using critical analysis and consensus building, draft visions and recommdations for developing crisis care and violence prevention to meet the growing needs of diverse populations affected by traumatic life events and life-threatening crises.
