The Life Crisis Institute (LCI) is an interdisciplinary organization affiliated with The University of Massachusetts Lowell, The Center for Public Health Research and Health Promotion. It focuses on personal life crises, violence prevention, and related topics in a sociocultural perspective. We promote and conduct education, training, and research on crisis, psychosocial health and related topics. Our vision is for crisis care and peace among individuals, families, and the global community.
